We kindly inform you that on August 13 the Polish Ministry of Finance issued a Decree according to which the VAT rate on fuels will be reduced to 8% in period from August 17 till August 31, 2026. At the same time it will be once again forbidden to sell fuel at a price exceeding the maximum price set by the Minister of Energy.
