In relation to the assumed implementation, from January 1, 2022, of the possibility of issuing structured e-Invoices under the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF), the Ministry of Finance has published a draft version of the logical structure of e-Invoices (FA_VAT). It aims to enable taxpayers to adapt their IT systems to this innovation.
The documentation of the logical structure of e-Invoices is also available in the English language version.
The Ministry of Finance also provided a set of sample e-Invoices that show how to fill in the structure in specific cases.
